Prof. Dr. Martin Wrobel
Consulting, Keynotes & Workshops

As a Professor of Business Administration & Entrepreneurship at Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences and an Associate Researcher at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, I am particularly interested in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, artificial intelligence, and sustainability, especially their intersections.

In my primary role, I work daily with young talents, guiding them with dedication and care on their academic journey through their studies. When my schedule allows, I also give speeches and workshops, as well as provide consulting services to startups and corporates. As a consultant and coach, I specialize in collaborating closely with startup founders and business executives to overcome both strategic and operational challenges. Throughout my career, my core focus has consistently been on marketing, sales, and sustainable growth. My proven track record reflects professionalism and impactful results, backed by strong reference clients. Whether through consulting or coaching, impactful and engaging keynotes, hands-on workshops, or event moderation: I bring expertise to the stage. Please reach out to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

Consulting: I regularly advise founders of startups on their questions and challenges in building their businesses. Typically, this involves topics related to marketing, sales, and business models. I also provide similar guidance to bigger international players, whom I have supported in entering the German and European markets (e. g. Meltwater & Freshworks) in the past.

Keynotes: Whether keynotes in front of a large audience or tailored presentations on current entrepreneurship, digitization, innovation, and sustainability topics in more intimate settings: I offer customized content for your audience and event. The picture was taken at the 1st Startup Forum East Germany held at the Federal Chancellery in Berlin.

Workshops: I design and facilitate workshops that always focus on achieving tangible outcomes. Typically, startup founders and executives from established companies participate. The content spans from marketing & sales to lean startup & MVPs, and also includes topics related to team dynamics, organizational culture, and business models.

Publications: The newest book "Marketing und Vertrieb für Startups - Praxiserprobte Strategien zur Kundengewinnung" was recently published by SpringerGabler Verlag in May 2024. The new edition of our book "Unternehmensführung: Strategie - Management - Praxis", created alongside Prof. Dr. Hans-Erich Müller, is currently in progress. Recently, Harvard Business manager published our new article about the Lean Startup method.

Podcast: The 'Marketing From Zero To One' podcast revolves around fascinating personalities, their startup stories, and trending topics. With over 100 interviews featuring founders from notable startups like Blinkist, FlixBus, and Urban Sports Club, the podcast has become a prominent player in the startup scene, accessible on all platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple, Google Podcasts). Tune in and subscribe.

Moderation: At times, I extend my services as a moderator for events or participate in panel discussions, including science slams or similar engagements, provided they align with my profile. Recently, I've been part of several events, some of which were broadcast live on national television or streamed online to thousands of viewers.
